After successful payment, delivery is digital via file downloads, license keys, or private links managed by Creem. You will receive an email receipt and access instructions. Keep your email accessible to retrieve your downloads.

3. License

Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use within your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files, prompts, or assets as standalone items.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Selling or transferring any third-party invites, accounts, or access credentials.
• Claiming affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by any third party without written permission.
• Infringing upon intellectual property or violating applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown before tax unless noted. Sales tax or VAT may be calculated and remitted by our Merchant of Record.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details. We aim to resolve issues first; if we cannot, we will honor eligible refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Creem may issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks per their platform policy.
