1. Our Approach
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] . We will attempt to resolve the issue first; if we cannot, we will issue a refund.
2. Eligibility
- Within 7 days of purchase
- Provide order ID and purchase email
- We may request brief context to improve the product (optional)
3. Processing
Refunds are processed back to the original method via Creem. Processing time depends on your bank. We typically respond within 3 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, Creem may process a refund and charge a dispute fee per their policy. Contacting us first is the fastest path to resolution.
5. Notes
Per Creem’s platform policy, they may issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
